All of our fences can be great choices for dogs. When installing for dogs we will ask you what breed, temperament, and size of dog to determine how the fence should be installed and to what specifications. For example for very small dogs we recommend keeping the fence as low as possible to the ground to prevent escape but this could compensate the smoothness of the top of the fence. Or another example for high jumpers we may recommend a minimum of a 5′ or 6′ tall fence.
We are! We have quickly risen to become the highest rated fence company serving Cranberry Township and our 5 star reviews on Google and Facebook explain it best. We also put a high priority on studying the latest trends so we can offer the most longest lasting fences in the area. That is why we have joined in becoming members of both the American Fence Association (AFA) and the Fence Workers Association (FWA).
Each project is different, however our average time is 1-2 days for an average backyard. If you are concerned about keeping your dogs in while we work, we sometimes can offer the option to install one fence side at a time.
The most affordable fence we offer is our standard galvanized chainlink. But even though its cheaper doesn’t mean it lacks on quality. The affordability scale typically goes galvanized chain link, black chain link, wood, ornamental aluminum, then vinyl being the highest cost fence. Keep in mind though affordability does not transpose to better fence. Its a matter of labor required to assemble and product expense. Each fence type has their pro’s and con’s.
Yes. Almost all of our fences have warranty either by the material manufacturer, a craftsmanship warranty through us, or both. Many of our fences come with lifetime warranties from the material manufacturers and all of our power driven installed fences carry a 2 year craftsmanship warranty.
We believe we are the fence innovators of the area! Our slogan says it all “The Reliable Modern Fencers”. Our mission is to help transform the fence industry and provide the community with much longer lasting, stronger, and less maintenance fences by implementing the newest installation technology and using the most innovative materials for each fence type. We hope to accomplish this by offering the area things like deep power driven fence posts, the Ifence system, Postmaster Posts, and steel insert posts for vinyl fences.
Yes. If the department of transportation trusts the power driven posts used for the construction of guardrails to hold back a loaded semitruck moving at highway speeds, wouldn’t it make sense to hold up a little fence? Power driven technology is also trusted as the main foundation to hold up skyscrapers, bridges, and a lot of homes along the coast. Actually its the oldest fencing form, farmers have been using it since humans began domesticating animals thousands of years ago.
The strength comes from the depth the posts are installed and the soil not getting disturbed and actually becoming more compacted during installation. The reason concrete was introduced was because of ease of installation. It was easier to dig a hole and set the post than to force a post into the ground. Traditionally, when installing the natural soil was dug which causes it to become unstable as a result of digging and augering. To compensate against tilting posts in the soft soil, a larger surface area footing was needed to act as an anchor. This anchor though had its downfalls which led to tilting and leaning fences, even when properly installed. Two of the biggest causes being natural expansion and contraction with temperature change and frost heave. Driven posts were out because they have to be installed very deep to be extremely durable. Until recently the technology has not existed to be able to force a post deep enough into soil to mitigate issues like wind yield in frost heave. However the technology is here and Annabella Fence has it. Typically our power driven posts are installed to a depth of at least 1′ deeper than posts set in concrete into naturally compacted soil. Our posts are installed normally 4-5 feet deep depending on fence height. This is the key to a fence more durable than one set in concrete.
We are so sure of power driven technology we back all of our power driven installs with a craftsmanship warranty.
